In 2001, Scott Breitman and Bill Stasak founded Dymin Systems. The company was started from a walk-out basement in Ankeny, Iowa. The overall goal was to change the landscape of computer sales, repair, and IT support. Years later, the company eventually moved to a 7,500 square foot center in Urbandale. As the network continues to grow, we continue to expand with it. Today, Dymin is one of the largest IT organizations in the state of Iowa!

About Scott Breitman
Scott is an experienced and passionate leader with over two decades of service to the Dymin company. His commitment to doing the right thing, no matter the cost, has earned him respect from all those around him and has propelled his company to extraordinary success. He has weathered many industry changes and financial crises during his tenure while still managing to remain a firmly established presence in the computer technology field. With an easy-going yet driven personality and an unwavering focus on achieving positive outcomes, Scott’s enthusiasm for his team and their future projects is contagious.
William Stasak
CFO, Vice President
About William Stasak
William Stasak joined Scott at Dymin shortly after the opening of the company’s retail store in 2001. Before then, he had worked in the entertainment industry as president of Canyon Records in the late 80s and early 90s and also with Propper Entertainment, where he produced films, promoted shows, and managed well-known actors and comedians including Jon Lovitz and Carrot Top. His favorite part his current position is the people he gets to work with every day, and he’s appreciated for his dedication to helping the team in any way he can. In his free time, Bill enjoys fishing and going to the shooting range.
Tim Harper
Director of Operations
About Tim Harper
As our Director of Operations, he oversees the day-to-day functions of the company, turning Scott’s vision into reality at Dymin. Passionate about servant leadership, Tim focuses on championing the culture and implementing systemic changes within the organization. He believes in treating clients’ businesses as if they are our own, setting Dymin apart in the industry. Aligned with the core value “Do the Right Thing,” Tim emphasizes that while managers assert authority, true leaders care deeply about those they lead.

Ryan breathes life into his role as Dymin’s IT Director and embodies the company’s core value, “Solve It.” He is a highly-driven problem solver with a passion for technology that he brings to work each day. His unwavering commitment to overcoming challenges and removing obstacles for his team has resulted in numerous accomplishments, including spearheading the creation of standards for various software. No matter the problem, Ryan works hard to find a solution and appreciates the open communication style among colleagues at Dymin. He also values camaraderie, teamwork, and collaboration which allows everyone to have their unique voice heard, contributing to the company’s success. This dynamic environment gives him an exceptional experience that keeps him motivated daily.
Zac Miles

About Zac Miles
Zac Miles is our brilliant Project Manager. He helps plan and develop projects for Dymin, as well as collaborating with the internal staff to make sure tasks are completed. Zac has a passion for Information Technology and a customer-oriented mindset. He is adamant about providing our customers with the best service possible, while also ensuring that our staff are being taken care of. When he is not at work, he enjoys taking adventures with his family as well as taking naps and reading books.
